If the lender is a natural person who is not acting in the exercise of a profession or business, the agreement shall not bind him until the money has actually been provided to the borrower or the lender has committed himself in writing to the provision thereof.
Indien de uitlener een natuurlijke persoon is die niet in de uitoefening van een beroep of bedrijf handelt, bindt de overeenkomst hem niet voordat het geld daadwerkelijk aan de lener is verstrekt of de uitlener zich schriftelijk tot de verstrekking verbonden heeft.
