1 Article 1

This regulation is based on Article 7:673e, paragraph 7, of the Civil Code.

For the purposes of these regulations, the following definitions apply:

The application for compensation following long-term incapacity for work shall be rejected if it is submitted:

The petition for compensation due to the termination of the activities of the enterprise shall be dismissed if it is submitted:

6 Article 6

This regulation shall be cited as: Transition Payment Compensation Scheme (Regeling compensatie transitievergoeding).

7 Article 7

This regulation shall enter into force with effect from 1 April 2020.
