If Title 2A or Title 2B is also applicable to a money loan agreement, the provisions of Title 2A or Title 2B and those of this Title apply concurrently. In the event of a conflict, the provisions of Title 2A or Title 2B apply.

Indien op een overeenkomst van geldlening tevens titel 2A of titel 2B van toepassing is, zijn de bepalingen van titel 2A of titel 2B en die van deze titel naast elkaar van toepassing. In geval van strijd zijn de bepalingen van titel 2A of titel 2B van toepassing.
