Article 7:106

1.
The hire-purchaser shall have the enjoyment of the object delivered to him pursuant to the hire-purchase even before he acquires the ownership thereof.
2.
He may use the object in accordance with its destination.
3.
He may not change the design or form of the object, nor may he assign his enjoyment thereof to others.

De huurkoper heeft van de zaak die krachtens huurkoop aan hem is afgeleverd het genot ook voordat hij de eigendom daarvan verkrijgt.
2.
Hij mag de zaak gebruiken overeenkomstig haar bestemming.
3.
Hij mag de inrichting of gedaante van de zaak niet veranderen noch mag hij zijn genot ervan aan anderen afstaan.
