Alienation by the hire-purchase seller of the item delivered pursuant to a hire-purchase agreement shall not operate to the prejudice of the hire-purchaser and shall leave the obligation between the hire-purchaser and the hire-purchase seller unaffected.
Paragraph 1 does not preclude the transferability of the rights of the hire-purchase seller or of the hire-purchase agreement itself in accordance with the rules applicable thereto.
Vervreemding door de huurverkoper van de krachtens huurkoop afgeleverde zaak werkt niet ten nadele van de huurkoper en laat de verbintenis tussen de huurkoper en de huurverkoper onverlet.
Lid 1 staat niet in de weg aan overdraagbaarheid van de rechten van de huurverkoper of van de huurkoopovereenkomst zelf overeenkomstig de daarvoor geldende regels.
