The possession of cash by juveniles in the institution or a department thereof is prohibited, unless otherwise provided in the house rules.
In institutions or departments where the possession of cash by juveniles is prohibited, the juvenile shall have at their disposal a current account with the institution.
A minor may be granted pocket money in accordance with rules to be established by Our Minister.
The house rules may stipulate further regulations regarding the possession of cash and the use of the current account. These regulations may include a limitation on the maximum amount that the juvenile may dispose of in cash or by means of his current account.
Het bezit van contant geld door de jeugdigen in de inrichting of een afdeling is verboden, tenzij in de huisregels anders is bepaald.
In inrichtingen of afdelingen waar het bezit door de jeugdigen van contant geld is verboden, heeft de jeugdige de beschikking over een rekening-courant bij de inrichting.
Aan de jeugdige kan een zakgeld worden toegekend volgens door Onze Minister te stellen regels.
In de huisregels kunnen nadere regels worden gesteld omtrent het bezit van contant geld en het gebruik van de rekening-courant. Deze regels kunnen een beperking inhouden van het bedrag waarover de jeugdige ten hoogste in contanten of door middel van zijn rekening-courant mag beschikken.
