If more than one curator is appointed, the consent of the majority or, in the event of an equality of votes, a decision of the supervisory judge is required for the validity of their acts.
The bankruptcy trustee, to whom a specific scope of duties has been assigned by the judgment declaring bankruptcy, is authorized to act independently within the limits thereof.
Indien meer dan één curator benoemd is, wordt voor de geldigheid hunner handelingen toestemming der meerderheid of bij staking van stemmen een beslissing van de rechter-commissaris vereist.
De curator, aan wie bij het vonnis van faillietverklaring een bepaalde werkkring is aangewezen, is binnen de grenzen daarvan zelfstandig tot handelen bevoegd.
