Termination of the bankruptcy by the homologation of a composition causes the rights of action referred to in the preceding article to lapse, unless the composition entails an assignment of the estate, in which case they may be continued or instituted for the benefit of the creditors by the liquidators.
Beëindiging van het faillissement door de homologatie van een akkoord doet de rechtsvorderingen in het vorige artikel bedoeld vervallen, tenzij het akkoord boedelafstand inhoudt, in welk geval zij ten behoeve van de schuldeisers vervolgd of ingesteld kunnen worden door de vereffenaars.
