De Nederlandsche Bank N.V. shall send a copy of its petition to the bank and shall give notice of the contents thereof to:
the competent authorities of the other Member States where the bank has a branch or to which it provides services from the establishments in the European Union, if it concerns a bank established in the Netherlands;
the competent authorities of the other Member States to which it provides services from a branch in the Netherlands if it concerns a bank established outside the European Union.
De Nederlandsche Bank N.V. zendt een afschrift van haar verzoekschrift aan de bank en geeft van de inhoud daarvan kennis aan:
de bevoegde autoriteiten van de andere lidstaten waar de bank een bijkantoor heeft of waarheen zij diensten verricht vanuit de vestigingen in de Europese Unie, indien het een in Nederland gevestigde bank betreft;
de bevoegde autoriteiten van de andere Lidstaten waarheen zij diensten verricht vanuit een bijkantoor in Nederland indien het een buiten de Europese Unie gevestigde bank betreft.
