As proof of the appointment of the curator from a Member State other than the Netherlands, a certified true copy of the appointment decision or of any other written declaration issued by the competent authorities of the Member State suffices.
The curator from a Member State other than the Netherlands shall produce, at the request of any person towards whom he wishes to exercise his powers, a translation into the Dutch language of the copy.
Voor het bewijs van aanwijzing van de curator uit een andere lidstaat dan Nederland volstaat een voor eensluidend gewaarmerkt afschrift van het aanwijzingsbesluit of van ieder ander door de bevoegde instanties van de lidstaat gegeven schriftelijke verklaring.
De curator uit een andere lidstaat dan Nederland toont op verlangen van een ieder tegenover wie hij zijn bevoegdheden wenst uit te oefenen een vertaling in de Nederlandse taal van het afschrift.
