De Nederlandsche Bank N.V. draws up a draft decision as referred to in Article 1:104, paragraph 5, of the Financial Supervision Act or revokes the licence of the bank, if it still holds a licence at the time of the declaration of bankruptcy.
De Nederlandsche Bank N.V. stelt een ontwerpbesluit als bedoeld in artikel 1:104, vijfde lid, van de Wet op het financieel toezicht op of trekt de vergunning van de bank in, indien deze op het tijdstip van de faillietverklaring nog een vergunning heeft.
