Upon the petition of a liquidator from a Member State other than the Netherlands, the particulars relating to a liquidation procedure, opened in a Member State other than the Netherlands, shall be entered by the registrar of the court of The Hague in the register referred to in Article 19, paragraph 1.
Op verzoek van een curator uit een andere lidstaat dan Nederland worden de gegevens met betrekking tot een liquidatieprocedure, geopend in een andere lidstaat dan Nederland, door de griffier van de rechtbank Den Haag ingeschreven in het register, bedoeld in artikel 19, eerste lid.
