In derogation from Article 212t, the effects of a liquidation procedure on employment contracts and other legal relationships concerning the performance of work are exclusively governed by the law of the Member State that is applicable to that contract or legal relationship.
In afwijking van artikel 212t worden de gevolgen van een liquidatieprocedure voor arbeidsovereenkomsten en andere rechtsverhoudingen ter zake van het verrichten van arbeid uitsluitend beheerst door het recht van de lidstaat dat op die overeenkomst of rechtsverhouding van toepassing is.
