Article 174

The supervisory judge may, upon the petition of a creditor or of the liquidator, order that the continuation of the business be ceased. Upon this petition, the creditors' committee, if there is one, shall be heard, as well as the liquidator, if the petition was not made by him.

Moreover, the supervisory judge may hear any creditor and the debtor.

De rechter-commissaris kan op verzoek van een schuldeiser of van de curator gelasten, dat de voortzetting van het bedrijf worde gestaakt. Op dit verzoek worden gehoord de schuldeiserscommissie, indien deze er is, alsmede de curator, als het verzoek niet door hem is gedaan.

Bovendien kan de rechter-commissaris ieder schuldeiser en de schuldenaar horen.
