The curator and the creditors may, for a period of eight days after the conclusion of the meeting, request the court to declare nevertheless that the proposal has been adopted or rejected, if it appears from the documents themselves that the supervisory judge (rechter-commissaris) has incorrectly considered it as rejected or adopted.
De curator en de schuldeisers kunnen gedurende acht dagen na afloop der vergadering aan de rechtbank vragen, alsnog te verklaren, dat het voorstel is aangenomen of verworpen, indien uit de stukken zelve blijkt, dat de rechter-commissaris dit ten onrechte als verworpen of aangenomen heeft beschouwd.
