Article 175

If a proposal for the continuation of the business is not made or not made in a timely manner, or if it is rejected, or if the continuation is discontinued, the bankruptcy trustee shall immediately proceed to the liquidation and realization of all assets of the estate, without the consent or cooperation of the bankrupt being required thereto.
Nevertheless, certain household effects, to be designated by the supervisory judge, may be left to the bankrupt.
Also in the event of the continuation of the business, assets of the estate which are not required for the continuation may be realized.
Indien een voorstel tot voortzetting van het bedrijf niet of niet tijdig wordt gedaan of indien het wordt verworpen, of de voortzetting wordt gestaakt, gaat de curator onmiddellijk over tot vereffening en tegeldemaking van alle baten des boedels, zonder dat daartoe de toestemming of medewerking des gefailleerden nodig is.
Niettemin kan de gefailleerde enig huisraad, door de rechter-commissaris aan te wijzen, worden gelaten.
Ook in geval van voortzetting van het bedrijf kunnen baten van de boedel, welke voor de voortzetting niet nodig zijn, worden te gelde gemaakt.
