The bankrupt shall provide the bankruptcy trustee with full cooperation in the administration and liquidation of the estate.
The bankrupt shall forthwith transfer the administration and the books, documents and other data carriers pertaining thereto, completely and intact, to the bankruptcy trustee. If necessary, the bankrupt shall make all means available to the bankruptcy trustee to render the contents readable within a reasonable period of time.
If the bankrupt is married in any community of property or has entered into a registered partnership in any community of property, the duty to provide cooperation rests on each of the spouses or of the registered partners respectively, to the extent that the bankruptcy concerns the community.
De gefailleerde verleent de curator alle medewerking aan het beheer en de vereffening van de boedel.
De gefailleerde draagt terstond de administratie en de daartoe behorende boeken, bescheiden en andere gegevensdragers volledig en ongeschonden aan de curator over. Zo nodig stelt de gefailleerde de curator alle middelen ter beschikking om de inhoud binnen redelijke termijn leesbaar te maken.
Indien de gefailleerde in enige gemeenschap van goederen is gehuwd of in enige gemeenschap van goederen een geregistreerd partnerschap is aangegaan, rust de plicht om medewerking te verlenen op ieder van de echtgenoten onderscheidenlijk van de geregistreerde partners voor zover het faillissement de gemeenschap betreft.
