Article 7:359

If, after the end of the lease, the lessee unlawfully retains possession of the leased property, the lessor may claim, for the period that he is deprived of the leased property, compensation equal to the lease price, without prejudice to his right to any excess if his damages exceed this compensation.
Houdt de pachter na het einde van de pacht het gepachte onrechtmatig onder zich, dan kan de verpachter over de tijd dat hij het gepachte mist, een vergoeding vorderen gelijk aan de pachtprijs, onverminderd, indien zijn schade meer dan deze vergoeding bedraagt, zijn recht op dit meerdere.
