The lessee is obliged to place the leased property at the disposal of the lessor in good condition upon the end of the lease.
If a description of the leased buildings has been drawn up between the lessee and the lessor, the lessee is obliged to deliver the buildings in the same state in which they were accepted according to the description, with the exception of permitted changes and additions and that which has perished or been damaged due to old age.
De pachter is verplicht het gepachte bij het einde van de pacht weer in goede staat ter beschikking van de verpachter te stellen.
Indien tussen de pachter en de verpachter een beschrijving van gepachte gebouwen is opgemaakt, is de pachter gehouden de gebouwen in dezelfde staat op te leveren waarin deze volgens de beschrijving zijn aanvaard, met uitzondering van geoorloofde veranderingen en toevoegingen en hetgeen door ouderdom is tenietgegaan of beschadigd.
