For the application of Article 14 of Book 2, the deed of division is equated to the articles of association.
2.
For the application of Article 15, paragraph 1, under c of Book 2, the regulations which, pursuant to Article 111, under d, form part of the deed of division, shall not be considered as regulations.

Voor de toepassing van artikel 14 van Boek 2 wordt de akte van splitsing gelijkgesteld met de statuten.
2.
Voor de toepassing van artikel 15 lid 1 onder c van Boek 2 geldt het reglement dat krachtens artikel 111 onder d deel van de akte van splitsing uitmaakt, niet als een reglement.
