5:1 Article 5:1

Ownership is the most comprehensive right that a person can have in a corporeal object.

5:2 Article 5:2

The owner of a good is entitled to reclaim it from anyone who holds it without legal right.

5:3 Article 5:3

Insofar as the law does not provide otherwise, the owner of a good is the owner of all its constituent parts.
