The Council may, for the implementation of the tasks referred to in Article 91, issue general directives to the boards of the courts insofar as this is necessary with a view to the proper management of the courts.
Before issuing a directive, the Council shall provide the Board of Delegates the opportunity to make its views known. In the statement of reasons for the directive, the Council shall indicate the manner in which it has taken the views of the Board into account in its assessment.
A directive shall be published in the Government Gazette (Staatscourant).
De Raad kan ter uitvoering van de in artikel 91 genoemde taken algemene aanwijzingen geven aan de besturen van de gerechten voorzover dit noodzakelijk is met het oog op een goede bedrijfsvoering van de gerechten.
Alvorens een aanwijzing te geven stelt de Raad het College van afgevaardigden in de gelegenheid zijn zienswijze kenbaar te maken. In de motivering van de aanwijzing geeft de Raad aan op welke wijze hij de zienswijze van het College in zijn beoordeling heeft betrokken.
Een aanwijzing wordt gepubliceerd in de Staatscourant.
