Article 91

The Council is charged with:
the preparation of the budget for the Council and the courts jointly;
the allocation of budgets charged to the national budget to the courts;
the support of the business operations at the courts;
the supervision of the execution of the budget by the courts;
the supervision of the management of the courts;
national activities in the field of recruitment, selection, engagement, appointment, and training of personnel at the courts.
In the performance of the tasks referred to in the first paragraph, under (c) and (e), the care of the Council is in particular directed towards:
automation and management information systems;
housing and security;
the quality of the administrative and organizational working methods of the courts;
personnel matters;
other substantive provisions.
De Raad is belast met:
de voorbereiding van de begroting voor de Raad en de gerechten gezamenlijk;
de toekenning van budgetten ten laste van de rijksbegroting aan de gerechten;
de ondersteuning van de bedrijfsvoering bij de gerechten;
het toezicht op de uitvoering van de begroting door de gerechten;
het toezicht op de bedrijfsvoering bij de gerechten;
landelijke activiteiten op het gebied van werving, selectie, aanstelling, benoeming en opleiding van het personeel bij de gerechten.
Ter uitvoering van de in het eerste lid, onder c en e, genoemde taken is de zorg van de Raad in het bijzonder gericht op:
automatisering en bestuurlijke informatievoorziening;
huisvesting en beveiliging;
de kwaliteit van de bestuurlijke en organisatorische werkwijze van de gerechten;
personeelsaangelegenheden;
overige materiële voorzieningen.
