There is a Board of Delegates.
The Board consists of representatives of the courts, the Central Appeals Tribunal (Centrale Raad van Beroep) and the Trade and Industry Appeals Tribunal (College van Beroep voor het bedrijfsleven). Further rules regarding the composition and organisation of the Board and the delegation of its members shall be laid down by order in council.
It is the task of the Board to advise the Council, whether upon request or on its own initiative, regarding the performance of its duties.
Upon request, the Council shall provide the Board with the information necessary for the performance of its duties.
Er is een College van afgevaardigden.
Het College bestaat uit vertegenwoordigers van de gerechten, de Centrale Raad van Beroep en het College van Beroep voor het bedrijfsleven. Bij algemene maatregel van bestuur worden nadere regels gesteld omtrent de samenstelling en inrichting van het College en de afvaardiging van de leden.
Het College heeft tot taak de Raad gevraagd of ongevraagd te adviseren omtrent de uitvoering van zijn taken.
De Raad verstrekt desgevraagd aan het College de voor de uitoefening van zijn taak benodigde inlichtingen.
