To support its activities, the Council has an office at its disposal.
For officials belonging to the office, the terms and conditions of employment apply that are included in the most recently concluded collective labour agreement for officials who are employed by virtue of an employment contract with the State.
Further rules regarding the exercise of legal status powers by the Council with respect to the civil servants belonging to the office shall be laid down by or pursuant to an Order in Council.
Te zijner ondersteuning beschikt de Raad over een bureau.
Voor tot het bureau behorende ambtenaren gelden de arbeidsvoorwaarden die zijn opgenomen in de laatstelijk afgesloten collectieve arbeidsovereenkomst voor ambtenaren die krachtens een arbeidsovereenkomst met de Staat werkzaam zijn.
Bij of krachtens algemene maatregel van bestuur worden nadere regels gesteld omtrent de uitoefening van rechtspositionele bevoegdheden door de Raad ten aanzien van de tot het bureau behorende ambtenaren.
