The board may, for the performance of its duties referred to in Article 23, paragraph 1, issue general and specific instructions to all officials employed at the court.
When issuing instructions, the board shall not interfere with the procedural handling of, the substantive assessment of, or the decision in a specific case or in categories of cases.
Het bestuur kan ter uitvoering van zijn taken, genoemd in artikel 23, eerste lid, alle bij het gerecht werkzame ambtenaren algemene en bijzondere aanwijzingen geven.
Bij het geven van aanwijzingen treedt het bestuur niet in de procesrechtelijke behandeling van, de inhoudelijke beoordeling van alsmede de beslissing in een concrete zaak of in categorieën van zaken.
