Article 23a

The Council may instruct the boards of the courts to perform one or more of the tasks referred to in Article 23, paragraph 1, points (a) and (c) through (f), jointly.
If a decision to cooperate has been taken in accordance with the first paragraph, the boards concerned shall establish further rules regarding such cooperation by means of a joint regulation. Article 21a shall apply mutatis mutandis.
De Raad kan besturen van gerechten opdragen om een of meer van de taken, bedoeld in artikel 23, eerste lid, onderdelen a en c tot en met f, gezamenlijk uit te voeren.
Indien tot samenwerking overeenkomstig het eerste lid is besloten, stellen de betrokken besturen met betrekking tot die samenwerking nadere regels vast bij gemeenschappelijk reglement. Artikel 21a is van overeenkomstige toepassing.
