During the period in which pregnancy and maternity leave is enjoyed in accordance with Article 3:1, paragraphs two, three and five, the female employee is entitled to a benefit.
During the period in which leave in connection with adoption or the taking in of a foster child is enjoyed in accordance with Article 3:2, paragraph 2 or paragraph 5, the employee is entitled to a benefit.
De vrouwelijke werknemer heeft gedurende de periode dat het zwangerschaps- en bevallingsverlof wordt genoten overeenkomstig artikel 3:1, tweede, derde en vijfde lid, recht op uitkering.
De werknemer heeft gedurende de periode dat het verlof in verband met adoptie of de opname van een pleegkind wordt genoten overeenkomstig artikel 3:2, tweede lid of vijfde lid, recht op uitkering.
