Article 3:24

The benefit in respect of replacement shall amount to the basis, as referred to in Article 3:23, paragraph 1, increased by the amount of premiums and the income-related contribution as referred to in Article 42 of the Health Insurance Act (Zorgverzekeringswet), which the Employee Insurance Agency (Uitvoeringsinstituut werknemersverzekeringen) would be liable to pay upon disbursement thereof as a benefit in connection with pregnancy and childbirth.
De uitkering ter zake van vervanging bedraagt de grondslag, bedoeld in artikel 3:23, eerste lid, vermeerderd met het bedrag aan premies en aan inkomensafhankelijke bijdrage als bedoeld in artikel 42 van de Zorgverzekeringswet, dat het Uitvoeringsinstituut werknemersverzekeringen bij uitbetaling als uitkering in verband met zwangerschap en bevalling daarover verschuldigd zou zijn.
