Medical treatment of the mental health condition of the detainee shall only take place:
insofar as this is provided for in the medical treatment plan as referred to in Article 46b, paragraph 1
if the consultation regarding the medical treatment plan, as referred to in Article 46b, paragraph 1 or paragraph 4, has led to an agreement, and
if the detainee or the person as referred to in Article 46b, paragraph 4, does not object to the treatment.
Geneeskundige behandeling van de geestelijke gezondheidstoestand van de gedetineerde vindt slechts plaats:
voor zover deze is voorzien in het geneeskundig behandelingsplan als bedoeld in artikel 46b, eerste lid
indien het overleg over het geneeskundig behandelingsplan, bedoeld in artikel 46b, eerste lid of vierde lid, tot overeenstemming heeft geleid, en
indien de gedetineerde of de persoon als bedoeld in artikel 46b, vierde lid, zich niet tegen de behandeling verzet.
