The supervisory judge may, at the request of the debtor, the administrator or a creditor, as well as of his own motion, convene a meeting of creditors on a day, at a time and at a place to be determined by him, in order to consult them, if necessary, on the manner of liquidation of the estate as well as on other subjects concerning the debt restructuring, and, if necessary, to have the verification take place of the claims which have been submitted after the expiry of the time limit determined pursuant to Article 289, paragraph 3, and have not already been verified in accordance with Article 328b. The administrator shall act with respect to these claims in accordance with the provisions of Articles 111 up to and including 114. He shall summon the creditors in writing at least ten days before the meeting, whereby the subject of the meeting is stated and they are also reminded of the provision of Article 114.
De rechter-commissaris kan op verzoek van de schuldenaar, bewindvoerder of een schuldeiser alsmede ambtshalve op een door hem te bepalen dag, uur en plaats een vergadering van schuldeisers beleggen, teneinde hen zo nodig te raadplegen over de wijze van vereffening van de boedel alsmede over andere onderwerpen de schuldsanering betreffende en zo nodig verificatie te doen plaatsvinden van de schuldvorderingen die na afloop van de ingevolge artikel 289, derde lid, bepaalde termijn zijn ingediend en niet reeds overeenkomstig artikel 328b geverifieerd zijn. De bewindvoerder handelt ten opzichte van deze vorderingen overeenkomstig de bepalingen van de artikelen 111 tot en met 114. Hij roept de schuldeisers ten minste tien dagen vóór de vergadering, schriftelijk op waarbij het onderwerp van de vergadering wordt vermeld en hun tevens de bepaling van artikel 114 wordt herinnerd.
