Article 97

Copies, certified by the bankruptcy trustee, of the inventory of the estate and of the statement referred to in the preceding article, shall be deposited for inspection by anyone free of charge at the registry of the court of the district in which the domicile, the office or the residence of the bankrupt is located, depending on whether the declaration of bankruptcy was pronounced by the judicial body of the domicile, the office or the residence of the bankrupt.
The deposit is made free of charge.
Door de curator gewaarmerkte afschriften van de boedelbeschrijving en van de staat, vermeld in het voorgaande artikel, worden ter kosteloze inzage van een ieder neergelegd ter griffie van de rechtbank van het arrondissement waarin zich de woonplaats, het kantoor of het verblijf van de gefailleerde bevindt, naar gelang de faillietverklaring is uitgesproken door het rechterlijk college van de woonplaats, het kantoor of het verblijf van de gefailleerde.
De neerlegging geschiedt kosteloos.
