The curator shall, immediately after the inventory of the estate, proceed to draw up a statement showing the nature and the amount of the assets and liabilities of the estate, the names and places of residence of the creditors, as well as the amount of the claims of each of them.
De curator gaat dadelijk na de beschrijving van de boedel over tot het opmaken van een staat, waaruit de aard en het bedrag van de baten en schulden des boedels, de namen en woonplaatsen der schuldeisers, alsmede het bedrag der vorderingen van ieder hunner blijken.
