Article 93

The curator shall, if he or the supervisory judge deems this necessary, immediately cause the estate to be sealed by a civil-law notary.
The goods referred to in Articles 21, No. 1 and 92, as well as the objects required for the business of the bankrupt, if it is continued, shall remain outside the sealing, but shall be briefly described in the official report.
De curator doet, zo hij of de rechter-commissaris dit nodig acht, dadelijk de boedel verzegelen door een notaris.
Buiten de verzegeling blijven, doch worden in het proces-verbaal kortelijk beschreven, de goederen vermeld in de artikelen 21, nr. 1 en 92, alsmede de voorwerpen tot het bedrijf van de gefailleerde vereist, indien dit wordt voortgezet.
