The curator shall, immediately after the acceptance of his office, provide for the safekeeping of the estate by all necessary and appropriate means. He shall immediately take into his custody the documents and other data carriers, monies, valuables, securities and other papers of value against a receipt. He is authorized to deposit the monies for safekeeping with the receiver for judicial consignations.
De curator zorgt, dadelijk na de aanvaarding zijner betrekking, door alle nodige en gepaste middelen voor de bewaring des boedels. Hij neemt onmiddellijk de bescheiden en andere gegevensdragers, gelden, kleinodiën, effecten en andere papieren van waarde tegen ontvangbewijs onder zich. Hij is bevoegd de gelden aan de ontvanger voor de gerechtelijke consignatiën in bewaring te geven.
