In the meetings of creditors, the supervisory judge is the chairman.
2.
The presence of the curator or of someone who replaces him with the approval of the supervisory judge (rechter-commissaris) is mandatory.

In de vergaderingen der schuldeisers is de rechter-commissaris voorzitter.
2.
De tegenwoordigheid van de curator of van iemand, die hem met goedvinden van de rechter-commissaris vervangt, is verplicht.
