The supervisory judge (rechter-commissaris) determines whether a meeting of creditors takes place physically, or in writing or by use of an electronic means of communication.
De rechter-commissaris bepaalt of een vergadering van schuldeisers fysiek, dan wel schriftelijk of met gebruikmaking van een elektronisch communicatiemiddel plaatsvindt.
