The curator shall, each time after the expiry of three months, issue a report on the state of the estate. The curator shall deposit his report at the registry of the court, for inspection by anyone free of charge. The deposit is made free of charge.
The period referred to in the preceding paragraph may be extended by the supervisory judge.
In his report, the curator indicates how he has discharged his task, referred to in Article 68, paragraph 2, under a and c.
De curator brengt, telkens na verloop van drie maanden, een verslag uit over de toestand van de boedel. De curator legt zijn verslag neder ter griffie van de rechtbank, ter kosteloze inzage van een ieder. De neerlegging geschiedt kosteloos.
De termijn, bedoeld in het vorige lid, kan door de rechter-commissaris worden verlengd.
In zijn verslag geeft de curator aan hoe hij zich heeft gekweten van zijn taak, bedoeld in artikel 68, tweede lid, onder a en c.
