Article 73

The court has the power at any time, after having heard him or having properly summoned him, to dismiss the curator and to replace him with another, or to add one or more co-curators to him, all this either upon the recommendation of the supervisory judge (*rechter-commissaris*), or upon a reasoned petition of one or more creditors, the creditors' committee, or the bankrupt.
The dismissed curator renders account of his administration to the curator appointed in his place.
De rechtbank heeft de bevoegdheid de curator te allen tijde, na hem gehoord of behoorlijk opgeroepen te hebben, te ontslaan en door een ander te vervangen, of hem een of meer medecurators toe te voegen, een en ander hetzij op voordracht van de rechter-commissaris, hetzij op een met redenen omkleed verzoek van een of meer schuldeisers, de schuldeiserscommissie, of de gefailleerde.
De ontslagen curator legt rekening en verantwoording van zijn beheer af aan de in zijn plaats benoemde curator.
