Article 60b

If, pursuant to the preceding article, assets have remained outside the bankruptcy and the administrator has ceased paying the creditors who can execute against these assets unencumbered by the administration, the court that pronounced the declaration of bankruptcy may, upon the petition of any of these creditors who cannot submit a claim in the bankruptcy, instruct the bankruptcy trustee to also assume the management of these assets and to ensure their liquidation for their benefit.
The provisions concerning the declaration of bankruptcy and bankruptcy apply mutatis mutandis.
Zijn krachtens het vorige artikel goederen buiten het faillissement gebleven en heeft de bewindvoerder opgehouden de schuldeisers te betalen die deze goederen onbelast met bewind kunnen uitwinnen, dan kan de rechtbank die de faillietverklaring heeft uitgesproken op verzoek van ieder van deze schuldeisers die niet in het faillissement kan opkomen, de curator opdragen ook het beheer van deze goederen op zich te nemen en voor de vereffening te hunnen behoeve zorg te dragen.
De bepalingen betreffende faillietverklaring en faillissement zijn van overeenkomstige toepassing.
