The spouse or registered partner of the debtor takes back all property belonging to him and not falling into the matrimonial community or, respectively, the community of the registered partnership.
De echtgenoot of geregistreerde partner van de schuldenaar neemt alle goederen die hem toebehoren en niet in de huwelijksgemeenschap onderscheidenlijk de gemeenschap van het geregistreerd partnerschap vallen, terug.
