Inheritances devolving upon the bankrupt during the bankruptcy are accepted by the trustee only under the benefit of inventory.

To reject an inheritance, the curator requires the authorization of the supervisory judge.

Erfenissen, gedurende het faillissement aan de gefailleerde opkomende, worden door de curator niet anders aanvaard dan onder voorrecht van boedelbeschrijving.

Tot het verwerpen ener nalatenschap behoeft de curator machtiging van de rechter-commissaris.
