If an insurer with its seat outside the European Union has a branch in the Netherlands and one or more branches in other Member States, both the court and De Nederlandsche Bank N.V. shall endeavor to coordinate their actions with the competent authorities and the supervisory authorities, respectively, of the other Member States in which the insurer has been granted an authorisation.
In the case referred to in the first paragraph, the curator appointed in the Netherlands shall endeavor to coordinate his actions with the curators in those other Member States.
Indien een verzekeraar met zetel buiten de Europese Unie een bijkantoor heeft in Nederland en een of meer bijkantoren in andere lidstaten, trachten zowel de rechtbank als de Nederlandsche Bank N.V. hun optreden te coördineren met de bevoegde instanties onderscheidenlijk de toezichthoudende autoriteiten van de andere lidstaten waarin aan de verzekeraar een vergunning is verleend.
In het in het eerste lid bedoelde geval tracht de in Nederland benoemde curator zijn optreden te coördineren met de curatoren in die andere lidstaten.
