De Nederlandsche Bank N.V. revokes the licence of the insurer if the latter still holds a licence at the time of the declaration of bankruptcy.
De Nederlandsche Bank N.V. trekt de vergunning van de verzekeraar in, indien deze op het tijdstip van faillietverklaring nog een vergunning heeft.
