The distribution set aside for a conditionally admitted creditor is not paid out as long as his claim has not been decided upon. If it ultimately appears that he has nothing or less to claim, the funds intended for him shall accrue in whole or in part to the benefit of the other creditors.
Distributions intended for claims the priority of which is disputed shall, insofar as they exceed the percentages to be paid out on the concurrent claims, be reserved until after the decision on the priority.
De uitdeling, uitgetrokken voor een voorwaardelijk toegelaten schuldeiser, wordt niet uitgekeerd, zolang niet omtrent zijn vordering beslist zal zijn. Blijkt het ten slotte dat hij niets of minder te vorderen heeft, dan komen de voor hem bestemde gelden geheel of ten dele ten bate van de andere schuldeisers.
Uitdelingen bestemd voor vorderingen, welker voorrang betwist wordt, worden, voorzover zij meer bedragen dan de percenten over de concurrente vorderingen uit te keren, gereserveerd tot na de uitspraak over de voorrang.
