If any property with respect to which a creditor has priority is sold after a distribution has already been made to him pursuant to Article 179 in conjunction with the final part of Article 180, the amount for which he is ranked for payment from the proceeds of the property shall, at a subsequent distribution, not be distributed to him otherwise than subject to the deduction of the percentages that he already previously received on this amount.
Indien enig goed met betrekking waartoe een schuldeiser voorrang heeft, wordt verkocht nadat hem ingevolge artikel 179 in verband met het slot van artikel 180, reeds een uitkering is gedaan, wordt hem bij een volgende uitdeling het bedrag waarvoor hij op de opbrengst van goed batig gerangschikt is, niet anders uitgekeerd dan onder aftrek van de percenten die hij reeds tevoren over dit bedrag ontving.
