As regards claims of which the privilege has been conditionally admitted, the obligation of the debtor referred to in the preceding article is limited to the provision of security and, in the absence thereof, the liquidator is only obliged to reserve from the assets of the estate the amount to which the privilege gives an entitlement.
Voor zoveel betreft vorderingen, waarvan het voorrecht voorwaardelijk erkend is, bepaalt de in het vorige artikel bedoelde verplichting van de schuldenaar zich tot het stellen van zekerheid en is de curator bij gebreke daarvan slechts gehouden tot het reserveren uit de baten des boedels van het bedrag waarop het voorrecht aanspraak geeft.
