Both the creditors who voted in favour and the bankrupt may, during eight days after the conclusion of the meeting, petition the court for correction of the official report, if it appears from the documents themselves that the composition has wrongfully been considered rejected by the supervisory judge.
Zowel de schuldeisers, die vóór gestemd hebben, als de gefailleerde, kunnen gedurende acht dagen na afloop der vergadering aan de rechtbank verbetering van het proces-verbaal verzoeken, indien uit de stukken zelve blijkt dat het akkoord door de rechter-commissaris ten onrechte als verworpen is beschouwd.
