If the agreement is adopted or established, the supervisory judge shall, before the closing of the meeting, fix the hearing at which the court will consider the homologation.
In the application of Article 149, the fixing of the hearing by the court takes place in its order. The curator gives written notice of this order to the creditors.
The hearing shall be held at least eight and at most fourteen days after the vote on the composition or, in the event of the application of Article 149, after the order of the court.
Indien het akkoord is aangenomen of vastgesteld, bepaalt de rechter-commissaris vóór het sluiten der vergadering de zitting, waarop de rechtbank de homologatie zal behandelen.
Bij toepassing van artikel 149 geschiedt de bepaling van de zitting door de rechtbank in haar beschikking. Van deze beschikking geeft de curator aan de schuldeisers schriftelijk kennis.
De zitting zal gehouden worden ten minste acht en ten hoogste veertien dagen na de stemming over het akkoord of, bij toepassing van artikel 149, na de beschikking van de rechtbank.
