The curator proceeds to the liquidation of the estate. Articles 175, paragraph 2, 176 and 177 apply mutatis mutandis.
The curator draws up a distribution list. The list contains a statement of the receipts and expenditures (including the salary of the curator), the names of the creditors who have a privileged claim or a claim secured by pledge, mortgage or right of retention, the amount of each person's claim and the distribution to be received thereon.
For the claims in respect of which a dispute as referred to in Article 122 is pending, the trustee shall set aside on the list percentages over the full amount, as well as percentages for costs yet to be incurred in connection therewith. Article 194 applies mutatis mutandis.
De curator gaat over tot tegeldemaking van de boedel. De artikelen 175 , tweede lid, 176 en 177 zijn van overeenkomstige toepassing.
De curator maakt een uitdelingslijst op. De lijst houdt in een staat van de ontvangsten en uitgaven (daaronder begrepen het salaris van de curator), de namen van de schuldeisers die een bevoorrechte of door pand, hypotheek of retentierecht gedekte vordering hebben, het bedrag van ieders vordering en de daarop te ontvangen uitkering.
Voor de vorderingen waarover een geschil als bedoeld in artikel 122 aanhangig is, trekt de curator op de lijst percenten over het volle bedrag uit, alsmede percenten voor in verband daarmee nog aan te wenden kosten. Artikel 194 is van overeenkomstige toepassing.
